Potty Update

I have been a little hesitant to make this update but I didn't want to jinx myself, but I think Megan is "potty trained." Today will be her 4th day in big girl panties. She wears diapers at night and pull-ups at naptime (if she takes one). I am keeping her in swim diapers at the neighborhood pool also to spare the other swimmers and lifegaurds of any accidents!! She has been telling me when she needs to go and she has only had 1 accident in the last 3 days (it was outside). We have even made several outings in big girl panties and it went great. Yesterday we went to Target and she told me when she needed to pee and away we went. Of course, that meant picking her up and running and pushing my overloaded buggy from the back to the front of the store. But, it worked!!! Yesterday, she got to pick out her new big girl panties (she chose Dora, ugh!) and got a potty prize!!! It felt so good to pass right by the diaper aisle!!! Today will be another big step as we are heading to Little Rock in big girl panties!!!!!!!
